Why is my PDF coming in black or blank?There are some PDFs that don't import correctly
into FloorRight. These are often files created with 3rd party software.
If you have Adobe Acrobat or other PDF software, you could try opening
and saving the file with a different format (either PDF or a bitmap-style file
such as gif or jpg.)
If you don't have Adobe Acrobat, you might try freeware such as PrimoPDF
(www.primopdf.com). Once installed, you can open the the PDF file in
Adobe Reader and choose print and then select PrimoPDF as the printer.
This will bring up a dialog that allows you to create different
quality/size PDFs. The screen resolution reduces the file size (which is
good) but also reduces the clarity (which is bad). If you need more
clarity, you can try the higher resolution options, such as Prepress.
